Bezaleel infant & junior school is an educational organization bound by a set of core organization values summarized as the acronym, C.D.L.L. We strongly believe in these values. As collaboration breeds harmonious relationships, we have instituted a culture that furthers a high level of seamless interaction and protable relationship amongst our children, their parents and the school management. We have also created a conducive academic environment that always support this.

Discipline: In Bezaleel Infant & junior school, we strongly believe in discipline. Hence, it plays an important role in our organizational culture. We have ensured that our children and staff are placed under a high level of moral and academic discipline in order to make them more responsible to themselves and the society.

Learning: In Bezaleel infant & junior school, learning is what we do, we have instituted a system of progressive learning. We also believe each child is special with unique capabilities. We study each child to nd out what learning style is best suitable for him/her and tailor our teaching technique to suit them. We also study each child to understand their natural tendencies for further development.

Leadership: Leadership is an important aspect of Bezaleel's culture. We believe our today's children are tomorrow's leaders and most play important roles that will shape their society in the future. Thus, our academic and extracurricular activities have been properly designed to infuse sound leadership courses that will make our children into any leadership role presented to them in the future.
